Lux Home Care was founded by Natasha Ovsepyan, a lifelong Bellevue resident, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), licensed Adult Family Home Administrator, and real estate professional. With over three years of hands-on experience as a home care aide, Natasha developed a deep understanding of the emotional and physical needs of adults requiring daily support.
Through both caregiving and real estate work, she saw firsthand how difficult it is for families to find an adult family home that balances quality care with reasonable pricing. Many options were either prohibitively expensive or failed to provide the comfort, attention, and environment residents deserve. This became especially clear when someone Natasha worked closely with was unable to find a well-rated, moderately priced home.
Recognizing this gap, Lux Home Care was created to offer compassionate, attentive care in a comfortable residential setting — providing quality support at a fair and realistic cost. For Natasha, caring for others and creating a place where residents feel valued, comfortable, and at home is both a passion and a purpose.
